leadership and project delivery teams to drive sustainability throughout the full construction lifecycle.</p> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Role purpose</strong></p> <p>To lead and coordinate sustainability delivery across Dornan's Data Centre projects, ensuring client requirements and agreed sustainability objectives are incorporated into design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.</p> <p>The Sustainability Lead will provide a consistent approach across the client account, while working closely with the individual project teams to make sure sustainability commitments are practical, measurable and delivered.</p> <p>This is intended to be a delivery-focused role, not simply a reporting function.</p> <p><strong><em>Key Responsibilities<br><br></em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead sustainability initiatives across multiple Data Centre projects in the UK and Europe.</li> <li>Develop and implement project sustainability strategies aligned with client requirements.</li> <li>Support sustainability throughout pre-construction, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.</li> <li>Collaborate with Project Directors, Engineering, Commercial, Procurement and Construction teams to embed sustainable practices.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to reduce embodied carbon, emissions, waste and environmental impact.</li> <li>Promote sustainable procurement, responsible sourcing and efficient use of materials, energy and water.</li> <li>Manage sustainability KPIs, carbon assessments, reporting and compliance documentation.</li> <li>Represent Dornan at client and project sustainability meetings.</li> <li>Support BREEAM, LEED and other relevant environmental certification environmental performance.</li> <li>Familiarity with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), sustainability reporting and carbon assessments.</li> <li>Understanding of BREEAM, LEED and relevant UK
